Background & Beginnings:
Avenila LLC was established in October of 2019 by two Los Angeles natives who realized that it was impossible to buy a variety of lighting & home decor goods at a discounted rate online. They soon partnered with manufacturers across the globe to provide never seen before and exclusive lighting & decor products to customers. By cutting out all the middlemen and shipping direct from manufacturers, Avenila has been able to pass savings off to customers, saving hundreds and thousands of dollars off the final purchase price.
Since, Avenila has grown drastically, with customers ordering from North America, Europe, the Middle East, & parts of Oceania. As the business grows, so does the team involved. Avenila is so dedicated to customer satisfaction, that we provide a 30 day return policy on all items. Order in confidence knowing that if the item you ordered doesn't fit your needs, you are always able to return it within the 30 day window. We are only happy when our customers are happy.

Avenila recently hired a 24/7 call center support team to better assist customers with their questions and inquires. Further, we make sure to respond to customers by email within 2-3 business days. Lastly, we follow up on every order to make sure there were no problems with international customs issues, local post office delivery issues or any other question that might arise.

Since we ship direct from manufacturers, we save customers hundreds and in some cases thousands of dollars off the purchase price of your typical retail items. The downside? Shipping times could take up to 8-9 weeks to arrive since items are often custom or hand-made.

2020 & Beyond Roadmap:
Avenila hopes to invest most of its free cash flow into customer support, as customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Currently, our support times are 2-3 business days, which is slower than where we want it to be at. However, by the end of 2020, we hope to hire and train enough staff to be able to respond to customers within 24 hours, even on weekends.
Avenila has already secured partnerships with influencers, interior designers & companies across the world. Avenila is dedicated to making sure people know they can buy unique lighting & decor products for less than what they will pay on Ebay, Amazon and other website. If all goes well, we hope to open a showcase store here in Los Angeles in June of 2020. Stay tuned. :)

Logan McFarland - Owner
Growing up in a small business of 100 employees at the age of 15, Logan learned all facets of a business from the ground up. At 22, Logan was managing a multi-million dollar ad budget for the largest manufacturing trade shows in the world, learning how to effectively connect manufacturers to buyers.
Logan graduated with a BA in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University. Since, he’s worked with FTSE 100 companies, small businesses & startups managing multi-million dollar advert campaigns.
Logan's passion from lighting started when he couldn't find any retailers that had modern and custom lighting options available online. In October of 2019, he started Avenila LLC, a brand whose sole focus is to connect modern & unique lighting and decor products direct to customers from the factory.
Oliver Yi - COO
Oliver Yi graduated with his BA in International Business at Pepperdine University & MBA in International Business at the University of Korea. Oliver learned his tact from his dad, who runs one of the largest import/export businesses connecting American buyers to Korea.
Oliver took control of his own family business at the age of 24, where he managed all operations and grew revenue year over year for the company. His network to the Korean government and connections is unparalleled to anyone his age and his ultimate passion is to help others achieve their goals as well as financial freedom.
Oliver comes on board as COO for Avenila, and is an integral part in the operations and back-end of our company. You might have received shipment updates from Oliver if you have placed an order with us before.
Ishmael Diaw - Partnerships Lead
Ishmael’s wide range of connections in the international market was developed over several years working outside of the USA. His previous experience includes a business analyst role at Ubuntu Capital Group, a private equity firm as well as a consultant for startups and corporations at the African Development Bank Group. Ishmael currently owns and operates a cryptocurrency project, aimed at bringing banking to third world countries.
Ishmael plays a crucial role in the growth of Avenila, and is actively working on several international projects with clients.
Lovepreet Kaur - Inbound Sales Lead
Lovepreet, received her BS from LMU and her MSC from Imperial College London. Business development and relations has always been a common theme in everything that Lovepreet has done thus far and combining her expertise in the interior design setting as well as in building businesses has led her to now have multiple successful companies. She is excited now to use her skills to not only help grow Avenila but to also give back to the community.
