  Bitte senden Sie Ihren Kauf nicht an den Hersteller zurück. 

Rücksendungen werden bis zu 30 Tage nach Erhalt des Produkts akzeptiert, mit gültigem Kaufbeleg oder Kaufnachweis und nur in der Originalverpackung. Nach Ablauf der 30 Tage nach Erhalt durch den Kunden sind die Produkte nicht mehr für eine Rückerstattung oder einen Umtausch berechtigt.

Alle zurückgesendeten Artikel müssen im gleichen Zustand, unbenutzt und in der Originalverpackung zusammen mit einer gültigen Quittung oder einem Kaufbeleg bei uns eingehen.

Alle Artikel, die nicht in ihrem Originalzustand versandt wurden, wie z.B. beschädigt oder mit fehlenden Teilen, kommen nicht für eine Rückerstattung oder einen Umtausch in Frage.

Alle von uns verkauften Produkte sind in neuem und unbenutztem Zustand, sofern nicht anders angegeben (z.B. ein offener Karton).

All digital video game sales are final upon activation key delivery. Returns will not be accepted after digital download keys have been delivered via email and refunds will not be given. No exceptions.

Refunds (if Applicable):

Once your return is received, the product will be reviewed and an e-mail notification will be sent.  Our company will also notify you of either approval or rejection of your requested refund. 

Once approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days of approval.  It then generally takes 4-5 days for the credit to appear, depending on your credit card company. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if Applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund please check with your bank or credit card company first. Processing normally takes 4-5 days, but can take longer depending on the company.

Exchanges (if Applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items for same item exchange. Please save all packaging and contact us at [email protected]

Discounted Items (if Applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

Customers will be charged once for shipping costs (including returns); no restocking fees are charged. 

Depending on your geographic location, the estimated time for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $500 please consider using a trackable/insured shipping service.  We do not guarantee your return item will be received, and are not to be held responsible for postal damage or uninsured items.
