  يرجى عدم إرسال الشراء مرة أخرى إلى الشركة المصنعة. 

يتم قبول العوائد حتى 30 يومًا بعد استلام المنتج ، مع إيصال شراء صالح أو إثبات شراء ، ومع التعبئة والتغليف الأصلية فقط. بعد انتهاء صلاحية 30 يومًا عند استلام العميل ، لم تعد المنتجات مؤهلة للاسترداد أو التبادل.

يجب استلام جميع العناصر المعادة من قبلنا في نفس الحالة المرسلة وغير المستخدمة وفي عبواتها الأصلية ، إلى جانب إيصال صالح أو إثبات شراء.

لن تكون أي عناصر لم يتم إرسالها في حالتها الأصلية، مثل التالفة أو التي بها أجزاء مفقودة، مؤهلة للاسترداد أو التبادل.

جميع المنتجات التي تباع من قبلنا هي في حالة جديدة وغير مستخدمة، ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك (مثل عنصر مربع مفتوح).

All digital video game sales are final upon activation key delivery. Returns will not be accepted after digital download keys have been delivered via email and refunds will not be given. No exceptions.

Refunds (if Applicable):

Once your return is received, the product will be reviewed and an e-mail notification will be sent.  Our company will also notify you of either approval or rejection of your requested refund. 

Once approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days of approval.  It then generally takes 4-5 days for the credit to appear, depending on your credit card company. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if Applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund please check with your bank or credit card company first. Processing normally takes 4-5 days, but can take longer depending on the company.

Exchanges (if Applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items for same item exchange. Please save all packaging and contact us at [email protected]

Discounted Items (if Applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

Customers will be charged once for shipping costs (including returns); no restocking fees are charged. 

Depending on your geographic location, the estimated time for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $500 please consider using a trackable/insured shipping service.  We do not guarantee your return item will be received, and are not to be held responsible for postal damage or uninsured items.
